The Hinson’s provided and cooked enough
pork tenderloin to feed approximately 500 or more people at the
benefit dinner. Families and friends provided side dishes. The
dinner was held under the Media All-Stars and Big Daddy Motorsports
tents on vendor’s row. “We had already planned the dinner to help 88 Live to Ride and their Mobile Medical Unit and decided to split the proceeds to include Austin Miller’s “Always Remembered” fund” stated Stan Digby of Big Daddy Motorsports. Over $1,200 was raised through this event. Randy
and Pat Hinson have already volunteered to host 1-2 benefit dinners
during the ’08 race season.

TN (8/13/07) – Big Daddy Motorsports in conjunction with
Media All-Stars and Randy and Pat Hinson hosted a benefit dinner
on Saturday, August 18th, during the Raceway Park Round of the
’07 PowerSports ATV Tour in Englishtown, NJ.
